Ms. Jaoude received her formal training in dental assisting in her home country of Germany. She joined our practice almost eight years ago and is presently completing her degree in International Business Management. Meggie manages the clinical aspect of our office and is responsible for the delivery of treatment in our facility. Her specialty is in expanded duties assisting and the temporization of restorative cases with a great emphasis on cosmetics.
Ms. Gregory has been working in dental medicine for the last twenty-nine years. Her experience runs the gamut from general dentistry to surgical periodontics. Sylvia is our business manager and she is responsible for coordinating treatment in our office. Sylvia is our new patient liaison and assists me with all new patient consultations.
Mrs. Macias came to our office five and a half years ago fresh out of a dental assisting program where she graduated number one in her class. Her specialty is the assemblage of implant prosthetic cases. Alma works in our prosthodontic operatories with dedication coupled with a remarkable mechanical ability.
You will recognize Janet when you meet her because she is the woman with the melodious voice. Janet is our patient's lifeline to the office: scheduling patient appointments and processing insurance claim forms. Janet received her formal training in Houston and graduated number one in her class. Janet has been working in dentistry for nineteen years.
Ms. Ortuno greets many of our patients over the phone and keeps the clinical area running smoothly. Blanca's talents range from being an exquisite chef to keeping the office moving smoothly. Blanca is our "Girl Friday".
Mr. Castro was born in New York but was raised in Equador. His family has been in the dental laboratory industry for three generations. Mr. Castro is responsible for all the metal work done on the premises. He is equally at home working with both titanium as well as gold. Precision prosthodontic attachments are Mr. Castro's special niche.
Mr. Walter Quezada was born in El Salvador in 1976. Mr. Quezda is married with three children and works as a removable technician in our prosthetic laboratory. His area of specialization includes processing, articulation and full case wax-ups for both conventional and implant born prosthetics. Mr. Quezada has been working in the field of removable prosthodontics for the last twelve years.
Ms. Tanja Coltrell is the newest addition to our office staff and has been with us since May 2004. Born and raised in Germany, she is an extremely dedicated and detail-oriented prosthodontic technician. She takes special pride in her role within our prosthodontic laboratory to provide every patient's prosthesis with both function and aesthetics. Tanja graduated from dental technical school with honors. She specializes in removable prosthetics with an emphasis on implant-based prosthesis. Her hard work and professionalism is a welcomed asset to our office.
Sondra is a graduate of the University of Iowa with a Bachelors of Science in Dental Hygiene. After receiving her degree, she worked in prvate practice in Iowa before moving to Houston. Here, she continued her career in a private practice setting where she works closely with her patients and in the pursuit of excellent oral hygiene. In her spare time, Sondra enjoys working out, making rugs and cooking. |
